電動三輪車的充電電路構成及特點
電(dian)路(lu)構成(cheng):該電(dian)路(lu)主要由電(dian)源整流電(dian)路(lu)、集(ji)成(cheng)塊KM526CD、運(yun)算放大器LM358、脈沖發生器等組成(cheng)。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)路工作原(yuan)理(li):這(zhe)是一個典型的半橋逆變式開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。與(yu)其他充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路不同(tong),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式不是純直流平滑充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),而是采用正脈(mo)沖式(即(ji)間(jian)隙式)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中有一時間(jian)讓蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)自動消除(chu)氣泡,以降低發熱量,達(da)到(dao)很好的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效果。
脈沖發(fa)生器在(zai)輸出一連串信(xin)號時,其輸出端(duan)是接雙色LED的(de)紅色一組(zu),兼(jian)作MK526CD內部(bu)的(de)脈寬,快速降低輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)為電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)100V、15A防反接二極管的(de)存(cun)在(zai),蓄電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不能反灌,即(ji)相當于某一時刻蓄電(dian)(dian)池處于停充狀態。
在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)三輪車蓄電(dian)池的(de)(de)充電(dian)后期,充電(dian)的(de)(de)電(dian)流逐步減少,電(dian)壓逐步升(sheng)高,當電(dian)流逐步減少到一定(ding)的(de)(de)設定(ding)期時,LM358送出一個信號(hao)(hao)強迫(po)秒信號(hao)(hao)振(zhen)蕩電(dian)路停振(zhen),脈(mo)沖發生器(qi)不工作,正(zheng)脈(mo)沖結束(shu),充電(dian)器(qi)處于涓(juan)流狀態。
