本系(xi)統可只通(tong)過監控軟件(jian)在容測(ce)(ce)儀對電池(chi)容量測(ce)(ce)試時(shi),計算機(ji)對監測(ce)(ce)儀所采集的數(shu)(shu)據進行整理和分析,形成(cheng)直觀明了的數(shu)(shu)據圖表、內置數(shu)(shu)據庫、能自動記錄每次測(ce)(ce)試時(shi)的各(ge)種數(shu)(shu)據和信息。
利(li)(li)用(yong)本(ben)系統的(de)(de)快(kuai)速放(fang)電(dian)測量操作(zuo),可以(yi)以(yi)0.15C的(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)率(lv)(lv),在(zai)短短的(de)(de)7~30分鐘之內快(kuai)速預測被測蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)組的(de)(de)容量。并且可以(yi)預測出(chu)每個單(dan)體(ti)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)剩余容量,其準確度在(zai)80%以(yi)上。利(li)(li)用(yong)這一(yi)項功(gong)能,可以(yi)對(dui)大量的(de)(de)蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)進(jin)行快(kuai)速測量,大大提(ti)高測量的(de)(de)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv),便于快(kuai)速了解蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)狀態。該系統具有24對(dui)探頭,可以(yi)直接連接到每個單(dan)體(ti)蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)兩(liang)端,在(zai)系統放(fang)電(dian)測試過程(cheng)當中,每個單(dan)體(ti)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)情況可以(yi)利(li)(li)用(yong)監測軟件很直觀的(de)(de)反映出(chu)來(lai),而及(ji)時(shi)發現落后電(dian)池(chi)(chi),為蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)組的(de)(de)維護提(ti)供便利(li)(li)。
