Subscribers Magnet is a lot more than a simple popup plugin for WordPress. It pulls subscribers to your list at every possible encounter–when a user comments, with a popup, with a footer bar, and more. In this review I’ll focus on only one aspect, the popup.
To use the popup, you first add the form HTML code of your autoresponder service in the Optin Form Adder screen. The plugin will scan the code to figure out the settings of your service and it will configure itself accordingly.

When your form is saved, you are presented with various configuration and presentation settings.

After going through all the configuration steps, your form will be ready to be displayed in a popup (Subscriber Magnet calls it “popin”). So, go to the popin tab, select your opt-in form from the drop down list and make the necessary popin configurations.
Integration with 3rd Party Email Marketing Service Providers
Subscribers Magnet integration with email marketing providers is not excellent, but fairly good. You can’t adjust how the form behaves from Subscribers Magnet interface. You must configure the form with the tools that the email service providers give you, and then copy the code to Subscribers Magnet.
Appearance, templates, and display triggers
Subscribers Magnet does not ship with any templates. When it comes to styling, you have a few customizable options as you can see in the configuration screenshot.

Subscribers Magnet supports 3 appearance effects: simple, fading, and lightbox. For display triggers, you can use rules such as number of visits, every time a page loads, once until browser is closed, every certain number of days, or for the first certain number of visits. The plugin also supports delayed popups.
Price, license, and refund policy
MaxBlogPress Subscribers Magnet costs a one time payment of $147. It comes with a very flexible license that permits you to install the plugin on as many websites as you wish. It is also backed by a solid 60-days period refund policy.

Wow, this seems like a neat plugin to encourage sign ups for subscription. I’m a newbie in WP so this does not look easy for me. But I’m sure it can be learned. Thanks for sharing this post.
