FasterIM Opt-In–as the name implies–is just for collecting opt-ins and building a mailing list. Even though it is possible to show videos, images and other stuff in the popup, an opt-in form will always show as well.

The layout is messed up. To fix it, you’d have to modify the source code of the plugin. While there is a user manual, it doesn’t cover source code modification. You’d have to email the developer or use the support forum for help.
