Most WordPress shopping cart plugins are translatable. Better yet, some plugins are already available in other languages. WP e-Commerce has the best variety of languages. Check the information below to find the plugin that supports your language.

Shopp
Shopp supports most of the popular languages and translation files are available free for download. The current available languages include: Nederlands (Dutch), Svenska (Swedish), Polski (Polish), Italiano (Italian), Suomalainen (Finnish), Français (French), العربية (Arabic), Deutsch (German), Español (Spanish), Român (Romanian), and Magyar (Hungarian).
Translation files for Shopp use the same translation system as WordPress, so no integration problems should arise. Many more languages are being added. Here's the complete list.
Cart66
The backend of Cart66 has no support for translation and is only offered in English. However, the frontend of your store can be in whatever language your WordPress site is in. Cart66 doesn't interfere a lot with frontend appearances. It leaves appearance to WordPress and its themes.
GetShopped (WP e-Commerce)
GetShopped is available in almost all popular languages, including Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Croatian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, and Turkish. If you don’t see your language listed here, you can easily make your own translation.
eShop
It is possible to translate eShop to your own language. In fact, there already are some translations available for download for the following languages: Dutch, Italian, Russian, and French.
MarketPress
MarketPress has full support for translation. You can translate the admin interface and/or the frontend of the store. There are no translations available currently, however.
Tribulant Shopping Cart
Tribulant Shopping Cart supports translations and currently it's available in Spanish, Dutch, German, Hungarian, and Romanian.
Market Theme
Market Theme has excellent support for non-English languages and translation. You can simply choose a language for your store in the settings page or make your own translation. The available languages on the settings page are: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
YAK
YAK is available in Czech, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Slovakian, Swedish, Thai, and Chinese. You can also modify these translations or create your own translation for your own language.
ShopperPress
ShopperPress ships with English, French and German. It is also possible to translate it to any other language by editing the text in a single PHP file.
DukaPress
DukaPress is available in multiple languages, such as Chinese, German, French, Spanish, and Russian, and it is possible to translate it to any language you want.
wpStoreCart
There are currently no translations for wpStoreCart. However, it is translatable, so you can go ahead and make your own.
Templatic Ecommerce
It is possible to translate any Templatic theme to your preferred language.
Jigoshop
Jigoshop currently supports 16 languages, but not right through the admin section. You have to edit the wp-config.php file to set your current language preference. Once you have edited the wp-config.php file, your Jigoshop admin section will now be displayed using the specified language.
Zingiri Web Shop
Zingiri Web Shop is truly multilingual and supports English, Brazilian, German, Danish, Spanish, Estonian, Finish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish and Serbian. The order screen is template based, so you can customize the order screen according to your choice and language preferences.
TheCartPress
Because of the native integration with WordPress, TheCartPress is compatible with all major multilanguage plugins. It has been tested successfully with WPML (WordPress multilingual plugin) and qTranslate.
WP Online Store
Because the WP Online Store is still relatively new, currently it only has native support for the English language. Facility is provided for adding additional languages, but as of this writing no other language package is available. However, the admin section can be viewed in different languages with the built-in Google Translate support.
